1.Cloud management configuration diagram

It obtains information from the on-site non-destructive inspection equipment and sends it to the cloud server via the communication module (PC).

The cloud server can be viewed from the outside, accumulate the acquired information, and use it to improve the quality.

2.Advantages of cloud management services

For specifications to be counted at the site, output equipment (PC etc.) with high specifications is required for each inspection equipment, which requires installation costs and operation trouble.

By collecting with a centralized server, it becomes possible to reduce the cost and operation time.

Total data can also be used for secondary use.

5.Functions

Function ①: Noise elimination

It removes noise from the sound data transmitted from the terminal and extracts pure inspection result data.
(Formal data recording function / setting of noise removal range (setting of removal level))


Function ②: Alert signal

When sound data other than the set waveform is extracted, an alert is sent to the mobile terminal etc.
(Alert Range Setting / Alert Origination Terminal Setting)


Function ③: Data summary

To make it easier to compare each terminal, display it with easy-to-see UI on the screen.

Function ④: Report

Allow data to be extracted as a report.

6. Collaboration with other inspection equipment in the future

It enables not only “Sound”non-destructive inspection equipment but also other inspection equipment, and summary data also has various.
It enables output from data accumulated from equipment.
"Ultrasound" Non-destructive testing is currently the most frequent, but we assume a case where it is used other than that.
