Disorder alert system is a service for collecting information obtained through non-destructive inspection equipment.
It is a service to make disorder,abnormality judgment easier.
It is a support service that enables users to judge disorder,abnormality from aggregated information even if there is no skilled knowledge.
In recent years in Japan, non-destructive inspection technicians have similar problems, as the shortage of human resources at factories and construction sites and business continuity problems due to the aging of experienced technicians are becoming a social problem.
Particularly, as non-destructive inspection industry is said to be experiential engineering, it is also a fact that it can not be used without abundant practical experience, and urgent human resource development or alternative plan is considered an urgent task.
２. Stand-alone alert system configuration diagram
The information acquired by the non-destructive inspection equipment at the site is sent to the PC, the data is accumulated and a signal of warning and stop of the equipment is transmitted at the time of detecting the abnormality.
The accumulated data can be viewed, and the information that we gathered is utilized to improve the quality.
